Description
Combination of my favorite Aquaman artist and favorite Aqua-villain ever (from the time when the DC king of Atlantis wasn't a muscle-bound, long haired beach boy) from one of the best classic Batmsn + Aquaman artists. Jim also inked and lettered this page - as usual with his work until the early 1990s, so it's 100% pure Aparo. Look up my other Aparo pages if you like what you see here, for more fun with Batman and Aquaman! Mail me, if you have a nice Aparo A-Man page for sale, especially from Jim’s first run! And look up my “Art for sale” gallery for some “cheap thrills” for your own collection !!!

Early Aparo Aquaman defined the character and book for that era, peak period! Great page!

Tommy, an incredible panel page by my favorite DC artist! I love the Black Manta panel! Aparo's work on Aquaman was among his best work evidenced by this great page!

The look on Aquaman's face in the second panel is wonderful, as is the viewing angle in the last panel. Aparo's compositions were just so dynamic. Nice page!
