DescriptionOriginal art - first appearance of "Buffy the Vampire Slayer" in comic form. This is the title page, half splash, page #1 to the story 'MacGuffins' from Dark Horse Presents Annual 1998. This issue hit the stands on August 26, 1998 - nearly a month before Buffy's debut in her own comic. Since the cover to this anthology issue featured an image of Hellboy by Mike Mignola, this page represents the first depiction of Buffy as a comic book character.Social/Sharing |
