Luke McDonnell - Joe Rubinstein - Marvel Two-in-One 10 Commission (Inked) - Thing & Black Widow vs Sword of Judgement

The pencils by Luke McDonnell for this commission were completed in March 2007. Inks by Joe Rubinstein were added sometime later.

Marvel Two In One 10 starred the Thing and the Black Widow against a group of baddies called the Sword of Judgment.

Luke included lots of story-specific elements in this drawing, including the villainous lair, the Thing acting to keep a nuclear device from being dropped into the ocean and the Black Widow kicking some Sword of Judgment behind.

I particularly liked Luke's prelim for this commission, so I've included it in the image above.
