Description

This is an early James O'Barr pin-up done for a fanzine. I purchased it from James in 1994. At the time he was being represented by the Bess Cutler Gallery. They were based in NYC but the exhibit traveled with James to a number of shows around the country, including the old Inland Empire con held near the Ontario Airport in Southern California- where I was fortunate enough to see it. Of interesting note on this piece is the early "Zen" signature.

I remember seeing this for sale in 93. Should've bought it, but I was 15 at the time haha.
