I've always wanted to have great examples from artists that showcased work (or characters) they were known for. Fairchild from GEN13 is just a perfect example for Campbell. Add in a green-toned paper, subtle reddish tones, a jungle outfit and you have a magical commission.

Thanks Todd for parting with this one. It's even more stunning in real life.

Fantastic piece! I saw it in person when JSC pulled it out of his portfolio for me to look at as an example of what I wanted my piece to look like when he offered me a commission in  2008 =)

Absolutely stunning Fairchild pinup! Boy, there aren't many artists who can do what J. Scott Campbell can do with a pen and little paper. Love the colored paper stock here and the minimal color touches JSC added. It's a beaut.
