There are two pages here. The page on the left is the orignal pencilled and inked page, with the lettering done in pencil. On the right is the final lettering done on a photostat of the original art. scan on the left is particularly dark to make the pencilled script visible. Let this be a warning to art collectors: the image on the right is on regular comic art board, and at a cursory glance looks like a page of inked art, but the only thing original on this page is the lettering!
