Description

Purchased from Terry Beatty in October 2003. A cover from the great hardboiled detective series co-created with author Max Allan Collins which I believe everyone should track down and read. At this point in time Ms. Tree had been put into court-mandated psycho-therapy to remove her penchant for violence. The therapy induced Ms. Tree into a position of the abhorrence of all violence. The cover image hints that the character needed to find a balance between her two extreme dispositions to violence.
