Description
Had been searching high & low for any cool Starlin OMAC example for some time when this one finally found me! Totally guessing that this was the original OMAC #1 cover for Starlin's relaunch before things went south, and it ended up becoming just a back-up feature. I don't recall hearing the story, would love to know!

Art on Duo-Shade board from c.1978 - 12x18.

Great Starlin! Love the tone work. I recognize the Demon but I can't place the masked guy, though. Excellent!

Loved OMAC and Starlin does a great portrayal of him.

Congratulations on this terrific OMAC by Starlin!  It is interesting that Jim Starlin completed this piece on duo-shade board; that is the same board choice John Byrne made when he wrote and drew his awesome OMAC series.

I don't know how I previously missed this gem when checking out your CAF; I guess there is just too much cool stuff posted here to process everything in a single sitting!
