Description
This was a fun challenge! In June 2008 I was contacted by a fan of an obscure Timely hero, Sub-Earth Man, who first appeared in Mystic Comics #5, in 1940. I was asked to give him a “Night on Bald Mountain" feel. I'll post the real splash here for comparison's sake.
