Paints by Joe Rubinstein of Superboy after Michael Turner

Inspired by the great pieces that were inked by various artists at San Jose SuperCon, I wanted to pay tribute to Michael Turner and celebrate the return of a great character this year. Joe did a beautiful painting of Poison Ivy over Alex Ross's pencils and I really didn't expect his color paints over Michael's pencils...I had commissioned for inks and left it open for Joe to do whatever struck him. He said he wasn't feeling B&W and blew me away with this beautiful painting....This was a great suprise !!! Thanks a lot Joe !!!
