Description"Legends" was painted in 1986 for the cover of TSR's 1987 Dragonlance calendar. Also featured in "The Art of the Dragonlance Saga" published in 1987 by TSR. Licenced as a 500 piece jigsaw puzzle "The Art of TSR Fantasy Puzzle", published by Sunsout in 1995.Used for the cover of "Time of the Twins" by Margaret Weis and Tracy Hickman, for the Hungarian language edition published by Szukits in 1996. Also used for the cover of "Stormblade" by Nancy Berberick, for the Italian language edition published by Mondadori in 1994. Social/Sharing |

This is beautiful. Absolutely loved Caldwell and Elmore's art in the Dragon Lance world.

Wonderful. I'd love to see a photo of the painting itself added someday!

Sure. Just added a quick pic as an additional image. Lighting is poor in that corner of my home office, but gives you an idea.
