Description

Picon presented problems for me. It was the location for the Colonial Fleet Headquarters (Miniseries), but I didn't want to use modern architecture out of respect for my theme. It was also the home of the Picon Panthers, but I didn't think bragging about their pyramid team would be the best way for Piconians to lure in tourists since it would drastically reduce the demographics available. So I made some crap up. Yay, me.
