Matt, I can't thank you enogh for rembering that I wanted this page. This piece is a bit of grail for me, having first seen in at the 1991? San Diego Comic Con, where Matt had this pieces on display behind his table. The image was burned into my mind and didn't get to see it again until it was recently published on page 214 of the Batman/Grendel colleted edtion.

Matt added a little note to the back which states:
"1st Demo art of Batman for Batman/Grendel Crossover"
