Description
Topeka, Kansas. Later. Superman and possibly Uncle Sam before a "WELCOME TO TOPEKA KANSAS, HOME OF THE BRAVE" sign.
Superman: It's hard to come here. The death and destruction that once marked this place will ALWAYS be in my memory--
--And in the memories of EVERYONE who lost someone in the war.
But, all I know is-- No matter how bad things look-- There will come a time when something GOOD will come of it.
I've seen it here. In OKLAHOMA CITY. At the WORLD TRADE CENTER.
I'm never prouder of who we are than in the AFTERMATH of great tragedy.
I just wish... that we didn't have to learn the same lessons over and over again...
