I love this con sketch that I got at Dragon Con '09. I do realize that PG doesn't have a belt and she has a collar on her cape but I didn't give a reference so I expect some little differences. This is still a great con sketch that I'm really happy to have gotten.

I saw him work on this at D*C. I was sort of confused with her not having the belt, but personally, it doesn't look all that bad :)

Lots of artists seem to draw PG without the belt and she did go without one in a couple of issues of All Star Comics back in the day but I think the costume looks better with a belt. Of course, I'd be happy with PG's hideous JLI uniform if it was drawn by Cooke.

I think a belt is fine.. I know she was wearing one in her secret origin issue.
