Description

I had first met Angel at the Chicago Comicon in 1997. He had done sketches for my friends that were with, and I had admired them. I got him to do a sketch of the Clown from the Spawn series for me in my other sketchbook. Angel’s a frequent guest of the MCBA FallCons, so when I attended the ’99 con, I asked him for his favorite Legionnaire. Surprisingly, he was the first artist to choose Supergirl.
