I missed this completely and feel bad, somehow I just stumbled on the news via Legion Omnicon. He was one of my favorite Legion and Superboy artists and recently with the help of the CGC and Brian Kondravy, I was able to get a head sketch of Superboy-Clark Kent on George's birthday. I had a hard time trying to find a near blank Legion cover for him to sketch on...and this one of the only ones I could find. Here is a Superboy-Clark Kent amalgam with elements of both identities. He was 93 years old and had made wonderful artistic contributions to comics. Thanks to Brian and George's family for the opportunity to have this special head sketch and my condolences and thoughts to them at this time...
