Description
This one was a while in coming.

I was outbid on it in 2004 and then in 2007, I had discussions with the owner on purchasing it. However we could not reach a mutually agreeable price.
Then in October, it appeared on Burkey's website. Mike was great to deal with and an agreement was quickly reached.

And finally, I can welcome Kara home.
