Congrads! I used to buy every war & ghost/monster comic in the 70's. Kubert's style was perfect for Sgt.Rock & War comics. Even if I wasn't a huge fan of his. I have greater appreciation for his artwork now.

The falling/stacking nickels and the title frame the action cleverly and Kubert's expressionistic storytelling is just wonderful. However, one of my favorite things of the page is Robert Kanigher's writing, especially, "…And the flammin' eighty-eight turned the falling rain into steam." Beautiful!
