Description

I remember Joe Orlando best as being one of the four main general use Mad artists during its golden age, more realistic than Bob Clarke and just a bit like Wallace Wood. He was a Wood protege in the beginning, becoming part of the EC stable and eventually a very successful editor. I don't see a lot of his stuff for sale, so I grabbed this not especially characteristic page when it came up at the right price. Now, I have all four. This is from when Action Comics tried to be a kind of omnibus title.
