Description

I LOVED Beany & Cecil (A Bob Clampet Cartoon). Even as an adult when I had the opportunity to rewatch them they were a hoot. This is a wonderful rendition of Cecil the Sea Sick Sea Serpent. I'm certain he's bellowing his famous phrase, "I'm Comin' Beany Boy!"
