This is a cool and funny piece of Cracked illustration art by Bruce Bolinger. He did a lot of work for Cracked during my teen years, when I was an avid reader of the magazine. This was an inside cover piece, done in full color with mixed media, colored pencils mostly I believe. All the text on this piece are on a sheet of acetate over the art. Bolinger only did 6 color articles during his 12 year run, and I have 2 of them:) Score!
