THE PHANTOM - L'ISOLA DELLE CORSARE (part two)

WOW! Simply beautiful! It's the first time that I see this cover. Once again, amazing work from Mr. Caria. Thanks Roy for posting these great covers.

I wonder why in that years (60's and 70's) les Editions des Remparts in France, did'n' published a great classic of Lee Falk like this "The LADY LUCK" with two great covers of Caria.

These classic stories were published in France under the titles "L'île des femmes corsaires / Les femmes corsaires" and were in " Spécial le Fantôme #93 - #94". But at this moment, "Les Éditions des Remparts", from #82 until the last number of that series (#99), had changed the size of the books (all with ugly similar covers-please, see my "French Collection #2) and so, they were never published with these magnificent covers from Mr. Caria. It's a pity because there's a lot of italian covers that were never issued in France...
