Description

One of the few full-page splashes in the story, this is page 3 in a silent sequence of four pages that formed the prologue to volume 2 of V. It was omitted in the TPB, and I always thought the sudden jump to V on the piano in the TPB lost quite a bit of the effect that this sequence introduced by having V walk to the piano, sit on it contemplatively and then start singing. Drawn on the back of an 11 by 17 blueline page, this art is about the same size as the comic book.

Never really thought I would get a V page, but here it is!
