Description

One of the true masters of Art...Gil Kane. Preliminary pencils and ink of the cover for Issue #46. I think the Cover ended up being drawn by John Buscema. Finished cover is not far off from this Pre-lim.

Great drawing by Gil Kane. Yes I am quite sure Big John had something to do with the finished cover and maybe John Romita too who could not help to alter Conan's face. Don't know why but very often he had to do that on Gil's covers which, in my opinion, was not necessary. Anyway, Congratulations for this Pre-Lim !
