Description

Concept art comissioned by Disney for the film "Emperor's New Groove, which was released in 2000. Approx size 16 x 10".

The production of the movie ran into severe problems, with a huge story rewrite in mid 1998. Most of the characters were axed or modified. This concept painting shows a major scene with the main characters as they appeared in the released film. A closeup version of this scene was used widely in the promotion of the movie.
