Karate Kid vs. Popeye by Jay Fosgitt

I discovered Jay's art via Evan Shaner, and I'm glad I did as he is a very talented artist with a a great sense of humor. Also, Jay draws the best Popeye, as you can see in his deviantart gallery. I decided soon after discovering his art that I wanted a KK vs. Popeye piece from him, and when he sent out a call for commissions I answered. And what an awesome piece it is! Jay came up with the funny dialogue himself and I'm so glad he did, as my art collection needed some more humor.

The outcome of this fight depends on one factor: spinach. If Popeye has eaten some spinach, Val Armorr is toast. If, however, Popeye is spinach-less, Val will punch Popeye is his one eye, blinding him, and then kick the crap out of him. But don't worry about Popeye, because I'm sure he'll enjoy Olive Oyl nursing him back to health.
