Clearly a early pencilled page by Jim Steranko for a story he is credited for script and pencils. Art is attributed to Bob Powell who may have inked the page. Layouts look like Steranko.

Bob Powell Double-Dare Adventures #1 "Legend of the Glowing Gladiator" Page 5 Original Art (Harvey, 1966). Hannibal of Barca passes his armor and the Sword of Achilles to the Glowing Gladiator in this page from his origin tale. Ink on Bristol with an image area of 12" x 18". Excellent condition.
