I took a shot this year and went to Dragon Con in Atlanta. It definately paid off. I was able to get four things. This J. Scott Campbell was the least impressive of the four. Wait till the rest come up. It's only a 150.00 bust. I could have held on for 300. but he was already behind and felt I should be the nice guy. I'm still happy with the results.

Mike, Yeah. Basically about 2PM I was a little worried. There was this one guy who came up with like 200 books to sign and he's obviously going to resell. I know that some people make it a business but I don't think they should. understand??

Even you least favorite piece from your latest purchases is a winner. It's actually refreshing to see a J. Scott Campbell woman that looks a bit different from his usual chick (and I do like them...).

Gal. You're right about that. Normally his women do fit a mold. This WW doesn't fit it. She looks regal and greek. Though it would be hard to draw her like MJ or Black Cat.

Great pick-up, Fred! Glad to see you were able to get on his list, I know it was loooong! And I think I was in line somewhere behind that guy with what seemed liked 20,000 books to sign. And to think I felt kinda greedy bringing three! Anyways, it's lovely, congrats!

Dave, Thanks for the compliment. I strongly recommend Dragon Con if he goes again. His line is normally managable and can normally do more peices.

I found out too late that DragonCon was some days before Baltimore otherwise I would have attended it in order to get a beauty like this one.
