That's some appalling gym etiquette!
I just had to pair up these covers to issues #1 & 2. My love for unpublished art prevails in this now matched set.
From Steve Englehart's website: "Topps Comics launched a line of Kirby inspired comics in the early 90's including the Secret City Saga, Silver Star and Victory. A Captain Victory series was planned to be written by Steve Englehart and drawn by Vince Russell (who's now primarily known as an inker). While some work was done on the series (including the first two covers by Gulacy), it was canceled during the 90's implosion before any issues were published. This was intended as the cover to issue #2."
