My awesome brother Jim went to the SPX in Washington DC 2010, for the main purpose of commissioning Annie Wu for me. Annie and I share a love of the Venture Bros, and I think her depictions of Venture characters are top-notch. Here's a fine example: Triana Orpheus and her soon-to-be-supervillain friend Kim.
