When the number of titles put out by DC expanded post Legends, I was still in the early days of my comic hobby. It was a great time to be a reader, with so many fondly remembered titles. My personal favourite runs at the time, and still today, were DeMatteis/McManus on Dr. Fate and Guice/Baron on Flash.

I've long sought a page from Flash #1 (I'm interested in more pages from Flash #'s 1-4) and I think this one is pretty great. The page is complete, tells a story without any extra information. The use of close up, mid-range, and distant panels helps the story flow, with the final panel providing a great reveal to the mystery.

I love it so much I hung on my wall! (Though I do think it deserves a nicer presentation.)
