That 4th panel gave me nostalgic goose bumps. This is the first issue of Iron Man I ever purchased, from a flea market dealer that had old comics. I had just started reading comics that summer of '86, and the first issue I bought off the spinner rack was 212 in September 86.
The wallpaper / pattern of paper in the bottom right is the same wallpaper used on the vest of the Kingpin in Daredevil: Love and War.
About 15 years ago the final, inked piece was circulating in the Vigil collecting community. Haven't seen it since, and I never knew this existed (though knowing Tim's process I should have presumed a vellum prelim existed). This is very nice, has a lot of energy.
You don't count the ad pages when determining a page number, you only count the comic content pages. I always liked the art on this issue, a rare match, but I recall reading an interview with BWS in which he stated that he utterly detested the finished product. Of course, Sienkiewicz is the polar opposite of the organic ink style that BWS prefers.
This right here, this is one of the 3 or 4 Daredevil piece I'd want to own.
That's a pretty decent little page. I'd take it, that's for sure.

Delightfully wonderful. You have added a true treasure to your already envious collection.
Very nice. I've been looking for a LBH piece for 10 years, but the timing is never right. This page has a nice sequential flow, and has the added bonus of a media mash-up with the grey scale panel.
Outstandingly beautiful! A hearty, if not slightly jealous, congratulations to you. It will look lovely on the wall. What are the art dimensions and frame dimensions?
Aw yeah, Titans! Jay Stephens is an absolute prince. We're lucky he still does comic work these day.
You make a good point, Felix. But because sooperhero comics are lame -- and I know this! -- it's okay to turn into a babyman and love the splashy, character stuff. I make no bones, I turn into a 12 year old and play the nostalgia guitar on this stuff. But Watchmen, it's a pretty terrible story but the elements and design aspects and meta stuff makes it interesting. Of course, this is all just me hatin'!
Aw yeah, Titans! Outstanding. I'm very jealous.
Aw yeah, Titans! That's pretty awesome. Back in the day when Marvel took content risks.
Aw yeah, Titans! I've been waiting for you to get this one on line for a while. Definitely one of the best covers Patrick has done! Cory laid down some great lines.
Aw yeah, Titans! When is the last time one of these popped up? Absolutely Terrific! A genius of design and form with that unique organic perspective.
Aw yeah, Titans! It's one heck of a friend that give a gift like this. Best cover in the run; I gave it up, so give it a good home.
Aw yeah, Titans! Even uber-tough superheroes need hugs. Hug it out, guys, don't run from your bromance.
Aw yeah, Titans! The comic that turned me onto DC. Love that Guice Flash.
Aw yeah, Titans! This stands out as one of the top 10 all time pieces I've seen posted onto this website. I hope it stays up for a long, long time.
Aw yeah, Titans! This is a winner! ...and Pet Avengers is awesome!
