Description

'Man in the Iron Mask' Steve Ditko portrays and protects his identity from the public - just post Marvel self portrait from Witzend 1, 1966. As usual Ditko's work does the talking for him. Lots going on here if you look hard enough. Possibly the only original Ditko self portrait out there. Used for the cover of Craig Yoe's highly recommended 'Art of Ditko' book.
