DescriptionA vintage piece featuring two of my favorite characters done by one of my favorite art teams. The first time I saw this piece was as the inside wraparound cover to Marvel Fanfare #1. I never even knew it was a plate for a Marvel Team-up porfolio. I never dreamed I would ever own this piece, then one year I was walking around San Diego Con and what do I see hanging on the wall of an art dealer's booth? Needless to say I didn't even care what the price was. I just told the guy to take it down and started counting my money out. To my credit, I hung on to it for about ten years before I sold it to a buddy of mine, who promptly turned around and sold it to someone else! That bum!Social/Sharing |
