DescriptionCommissioned from Charles-the artist of Stuff of Legends, one of my favorite comics- in 2010.The Legion of Super-Pets encounter some of the Stuff of Legend toys in the forest. I asked Charles to draw the rabbit with Hoppy the Marvel Bunny's costume. Proty appears in the form of Legends dog Scout (with a bonus Superman cape). The Mash like signpost includes Kandor, Metropolis, Smallville, and Midvale. I could not be happier with this commission. I especially love the joyous expressions. Tonal pencil. Social/Sharing |

This is a masterpiece, certainly one of your crown jewels. This is what comic art collecting is all about.

I am mostly unfamiliar with the artist (the things I miss out on living in Japan), but this is pretty amazing. It seems to have everything but Linus and his wet sucker (or maybe I just haven't found him in there yet).

CPW III does great work and this is a perfect example; love the Super-Pets. I've got to figure out something from him.
