Turns out, June Brigman was also the artists for the comic strip "Brenda Starr", which recently stopped being published after 70 years. Just as well.. I was one of those comic along with "Mary Worth" and "The Girls in Aparment 3G" All in all, it was an interesting little convention with a nice comic art find. Got to meet both Adam "Batman" West and Henry "The Fonz" Winker as well. I may add it to my standard convention routine as a day trip next year...AND NOW, FOR MY PIECE DE RESISTANCE...
