Sixth Gun #6 pages #24 and #25 Brian Hurtt

Again, as a counterpoint to the other spread, which was the calm before the storm, we hoped for something in the eye proper. Sixth Gun is a series rich with incredible, visceral action sequences, no more so than in issue 6 where the majority of the comic was done with double page spreads like this.....and MAN was it tough to make a decision on those. In the end, we really wanted a moment that had the stories central male character - Gunfighter Drake Sinclair, to be in the spotlight. The panels here with his gunbelt bristling as he takes up arms against the General were just completely iconic for us, and luckily Brian was willing to part with it.
