Marvel/DC inker/colorist Chris Ivy does digital colors and text on this One Minute Later.

Chris is a joy to work with as is inker Bob Almond. A+++ for both gentlemen. Clarke Hawbaker, in contrast, produces great artwork but it is very difficult to actually get it out of him. I recommend him ONLY if you do not pay in advance and DO NOT PAY until you have the piece in hand or at the very least a scan of the piece.
