Description

One of my 2 favorite covers from the 6 part Lovers and Madmen story! Still available in HC and TP (shameless plug)! Denys' pencils always knock me out and this is a prime example... Look at the emotion in the 2 arch enemies faces and the number of teeth! Denys' work is too cool for words! DC lined up their faces so they're looking each other in the eye... I added the crosshatch zip in the rectangle (which was on the original) in Photoshop after it was published. Otherwise, this is how it first looked.

This is a spectacular cover...so gritty and intense. This was a GREAT series, with some of the most insane art I've seen in a while....really brilliant stuff.
