Interestingly enough, "The Ghost Rider #5" features the best “Ghost Rider” image to permit the reader to imagine “What If?” Frank Frazetta had ever actually rendered “The Batman”; because if the reader simply visualizes “The Ghost Rider” without his cowboy hat on and instead showing large pointed bat ears extending from his cowl, then you have Frazetta’s creative, illustrative rendition of The Batman. Last but certainly not least, "The Ghost Rider #5" is Frazetta's "VERY 1ST & ONLY GHOST RIDER" comic book cover to feature "A FAMOUS & FANTASTICALLY FINE FRAZETTA FEMALE" who bares an ironically strong resemblance to a very young "uncredited" Marilyn Monroe who played "Clara" in the musical comedy Western movie: "A Ticket to Tomahawk" (1950) (IMDb: http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0043046/).
