Welcome back to the gallery you come to to get your obscure on! And man, do I have a doozy for you: the western not-so-superstar known as GUNMASTER!

Never heard of him? Join the club. He started out in the late 1950s appearing in a Charlton Comics western entitled "Six-Gun Heroes." He then graduated to his own title in the early 1960s, and along the way picked up one of those annoying kid sidekicks so prevalent back then.
GM's was called "Bullet the Gun-Boy." Nuff said about that.

Gunmaster lasted about ten issues and then he was history, and has rarely if ever been seen since -- til NOW, that is. I kinda dig this character for no discernable reason, so expect to see him showing up in future commissions along with some of the Marvel and DC gunslingers. As you know, in my gallery, its all one big universe.

Once again, the incomparable Darryl Banks takes an old, obscure hero, dusts him off, polishes him up and makes him ready for primetime. I'd read a Gunmaster comic drawn by Darryl anytime. Check out Darryl's own CAF gallery and commission him yourself.
