Description
Saring Bulilit, the short-lived comic strip by the father of Philippine Comics,Tony Velasquez, appeared in the monthly Liwayway Extra from 1936 to 1941, right before the Second World War reached the Philippines.This is one of the oldest original comic strips that survived the destructive WWII in the Philippines (Manila, capital of the Philippines--was the most destroyed city during the WWII)
