Description

Before I go further, this character only exists as a name. In the last issue of the DC and Milestone Media crossover, the cities of Dakota and Metropolis were merged together in a futuristic amalgamation, home to a Legion of Super-Heroes parody. Mall Hair Girl was only scene as a name and symbol on a monitor board.

Based on my design, I had Bob Timony draw her. I imagined her as a valley girl whom one day used a can of radioactive hairspray, so now she can make her hair do anything.
