DescriptionOver at the Brian Stelfreeze Yahoo Group we did this little art improv challenge. The idea was to take a theme, do a prelim based on the theme, then get an object, work that object into the composition and then get a colour that needed to be represented.The theme was Steampunk, the object an umbrella and the colour yellow. I decided to do an X-Men vs Villain piece because.. well I kinda love drawing the X-Men. The Hellfire Club seemed the obvious choice for a Steampunk theme. I know its technically not a real VS piece but you know... who cares! It was a real fun piece to paint. 11 x 17, mixed media on arches cold-pressed watercolour paper Social/Sharing |

Great design and compostion. Nice job on the color separation also.

Anna ,I held this in my hands and was Absolutely blown away by this Incredible piece of art..Wonderful job on this..the colors were perfect...

Like Lenny, I was fortunate enough to actually hold this and be able to see it up close. It's absolutely stunning in person! Wonderful work, Anna!!! :D
