Description
This is a page that was reprinted in Scream Holiday special from the UK. On the artwork itself self it has Lion written on it. By the amazing Blas Gallego circa 1975. A wonderful artist and a favorite page of mine. Thanks to Blas Gallego for confirming this.

Speachless on this one, im not sure what it was originally printed in and only have the 13 issue run of Scream at hand but will try to find the holiday special tonight. I think it was reprinted in the early issues of Slaine the King for QC if that helps 21-24 I think it was in there, definately Spanish skill in this one ;)

I have page 1 of this strip. The artist is Blas Gallego who was very prolific in the Uk throughout the 70s. I can't help thinking this was left over from that period- possibly intended for one of the comics he drew for such as Misty or Pink. This is the best page of the strip- I'm very jealous!

Thanks David. Never thought I'd find out who the artist is - - I'm in your dept. Gallego is a fantastic artist - he seems to use a number of tools on the page.I think it's from an earlier period too. These UK comics from the 60's and 70's are full of gems.
