Description

This is one of the first painted pieces of comic art I had ever seen. I was in the Warner Bros. store ( I still miss those stores) and I saw a copy of this image in the gallery and I just stood looking at it because I thought it was an AMAZING image of my favorite character. From that grew my love of original comic art. I never, ever thought I would own this piece. It is a dream come true and it is HUGE. Plus, out of it I have developed a friendship with both Dave and his lovely wife. I owe both of them a debt of gratitude for letting me pry this piece away from them. I am honored to own this piece.

I've never seen this before- until now. THIS is the Batman I love. The setting, mood...everything. Iconic is a great word to describe this and let me add 'masterpiece', too.
