Description
I had to flip a coin at Heroes this yer to decide whether or not to have Kevin do an MLJ character or a JSA hero. I went with the MLJ and asked for the Hangman.


I should add that Kevin used some 40s covers I supplied as the model for his take on the character, hence the nose is covered as opposed to the 60s and 70s take which exposed the nose,
