This is the cover to Romance Stories of True Love #52 published by Harvey in 1958... the last issue of the title. The cover referenced a story entitled "Love was strictly for laughs -- until he found her" which may or may not have been in the book. It is a typical beach romance cover showing a jealous girl eying a boy romancing someone else. The artist isn't listed anywhere... my guess is that it is Marvin Stein..
