Russell Patterson Paris Cafe Scene

I won this amazing Russell Patterson piece in an Illustration House auction years ago--I love his work and adore this piece. It's large-- 30 inches wide, and unfortunately it was framed for years in a room(s) where a lot of smoking took place (you can still faintly smell a patina of cigar) thus the browning of the paper. It doesn't affect the impact and beauty of the art at all though--a master of graphic design, composition, and stylization of form, in a brilliant example at the peak of his powers. I love the nose-less beauties throughout the scene--bizarre, but effortlessly natural too.
